    In Texas, all home inspectors are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, and we adhere to a Standards of Practice. These Standards consist of roughly 600 items we have to keep in mind in every house we inspect. We consider these Standards a minimum. We strive to provide the most thorough home inspections along with the clearest in-person reviews and written reports as possible.

    Our inspections typically take between 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home and include the testing, observation, and operation of hundreds of items.

    You will receive a comprehensive easy-to-read home inspection report and a copy of all digital photos taken during the inspection.

    Archstone Home Inspections offers a thorough explanation of the inspection results, a general education of the home, and the opportunity to ask as many questions as needed before, during, and after the inspection.

Septice system inspections

We can schedule a thorough inspection of the septic system with one of the two companies I trust. The inspection includes obtaining a copy of the permit, inspecting the drain field, locating and accessing the tanks, inspecting for any operational or structural issues.
